A Collaborative Approach Across Political Lines
While I am a proud Republican, my commitment to our community transcends party lines. I have collaborated effectively with Democrats, Independents, and Republicans alike. Notably, I have worked alongside members of the Obama Administration and Senator Barbara Boxer, and I was honored to be appointed by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. This bipartisan approach underscores my dedication to serving all constituents, regardless of political affiliation.

01
Economic Growth
Supporting Local businesses, engaging in business retention strategies and attracting new opportunities to foster a thriving economy.
I will fight to ensure that Chula Vista gets the funding we deserve for public safety, road repairs, small business development, and affordable housing. We must invest in workforce training, job creation, and infrastructure that improves quality of life for working families.
Chula Vista is only as strong as its most underserved neighborhoods. As a longtime advocate for economic development and cross-border collaboration, I have the experience to bring new investment and opportunity to our City. I will work to expand partnerships with businesses, nonprofits, and government agencies to bring real change to our beloved Chula Vista.
02
Public Safety
Ensuring that our neighborhoods are safe for all residents is my TOP priority.
Safety of our residents: From kids, young adults to the elderly. The most vulnerable of our communities need to feel they are safe. Safe in schools, on the streets, at the park, walking around the neighborhoods, at social events. Enhancing our City's funding for First responders, so that they are better equipped to handle everyday issues that may arise and that they are well prepared for emergencies.

03
Education and Arts
Enhancing educational resources to provide the younger generation, our children with the best possible future. Aligning current vocational training schools with private industry to enhance job opportunities for those finding it hard to land a job or need a change in career paths.
As a Saxophone and Guitar player fomenting the Arts and Cultural aspect of our youth and community in general is essential to enhancing creativity, imagination, ingenuity and soothing the soul. I also studied Martial Arts which I strongly believe provides valuable tools for our youth and to their ability to succeed and navigate adulthood.
I pledge to do my part within this role to increasing access for those that want to engage in the Arts and to working with those organizations that do this everyday.
04
Community Health
Pledging to solve the environmental concerns, such as the Tijuana River sewage issue, air quality issues arising from Border Wait Times, to promote a healthier living environment.
If elected I will work tirelessly to address the issues that affect our City and our citizens Quality of Life issues.

05

Parks & Recreation
I believe communities should have parks for people of all ages to recreate in and spend their time. Play is a fundamental process for children as they are growing up and parks provide a sense of community and a place for families to gather and celebrate life's important events or just spend time together.
I will continue with plans to open more parks and work toward finding creative ways to maintain what we have as a Safe, Fun, Green environment to enjoy.
